Is there a simple way to add a 12V port for accessories in the Redshift EX?
The Zero FX had one. Wonder about the Redshift.

Hi Oded,
The 2007 Redshift manual mentions a '12V system' (page 78) and an 'accessory control module' (page 83) under the charge-port shroud. The manual photos aren't that clear, but it looks like the ACM has a top jack covered by a round plug ahead of the front seat post. Maybe it's OEM use is mainly for the coolant pump / display / etc., but can also power accessories from the jack?

Thanks Ray, we need you urgently as a Redshift owner. Will make our lives so much easier [emoji6]
Thanks for the info, will look into it.

Thanks, Oded! I actually made that transition last week ('18 MX-R). The weather hasn't been great here, so I haven't ridden it yet.

Here's something I just found at the Alta site, under About... Production Line... Electronics; I think either the charge port or ACM may be at top center:

Thanks! No, the entire herd is still here, taking up space :) I'll still ride the Zeros, at least till I get the new bike out and about.
