The local Zero dealer also sells Royal Enfield, Triumph, and I think those can am 3 wheel things. Enfield Ct.

I'm sure they will.
While electric range is quite sufficient even on very cheap scooters (the ones in China mostly do 30mi or so), it'll be expensive for a while yet to get anywhere near 100mi even at slow speeds -- I suspect this project will be mostly for export at first. Royal Enfield needs some angle to keep selling bikes, and India is making noises about wanting to electrify the fleet. Doing so for motorcycles is easier than for cars, certainly cheaper for India's ridership.

Actually just under 20 hp at the rear wheel according to a couple of motorcycle magazine tests. ;)
