Not the fastest one at the moment with 14/34 kW hubmotor but she is rolling!

Is this your conversion bike?  You can't just tease with a photo, lets see some stats!  :)
That is one super beefy swing arm for sure and unique rear brake setup.
Welcome aboard.

Yes, I did this conversation with some help of welder (for the swing arm).
I started my first electrical vehicle in spring 2016 with a Cromotor V2 (6/10kW).
Riding 1/4 mile in 16,884 seconds @ 118,12kph with my own designed bicycle.
I used Kelly Controls KHB14401 controller @ 175V DC.

Then there was this QS Motor (273 80H), which i also wanted to implement in a bicycle frame, waiting over 400 days on it. So I decided after 200 days of waiting time to implement it in a defect gear gsxr.

I only ride this bike on 1/4 mile events and on a little airplane landing field for tests.
I retired for street riding, have more fun with designing and building at the moment.
As I said, the bike is not fast at the moment cause the controller I used were to weak and the other one made a lot of problems by switching off the system via overcurrent problems.

So the first controller I used was an Kelly Controls KHB14601C with above described problems.
During acceleration I have to close the throttle for a short while before I accellerate again.
So the only way to close this issue was to set the parameters to 80% of motorphase current and 60% battery current. But this was very bad for acceleration.
With this controller I reached 176kph top speed on 730m distance @ 175 VDC.
So at 1/4 mile I reached the finish line after 14,468 seconds on 157 kph.

Then I changed to Kelly’s new controller KLS 8080I 14401.
I had everything on 100% and no problems with over current!
But 400A were to weak for acceleration.
I run the 1/4 mile in 15,380 seconds but with higher top speed at the end (172,37 kph).
So on the little private airplane landing field I reached 200,49 kph  after 740m.
The acceleration is actually around 7 seconds for 0-100kph.

Well this winter time I changed again the controller to Emsiso emDrive 500 which can deliver up to 899A before he switched off due to over current.
Now I am waiting for better weather conditions to continue with my tests ...
