... but 17’s are supposed to be upgradable with the app.  Why can I not upgrade with the app?

I have the same thing on my 2017 DSR. It was at the shop last month for the initial checkup and a firmware update.  I got a false notification right after they updated and come to find out it wasn't needed.  Not sure why I got another one also.  The funny thing was that the app never alerted me like it is supposed to.  I had to click on firmware update and it let me know there.  Maybe more information would come out.  Twice now it told me I needed a firmware update and to go to the dealer and not update thru the app.
