As you might know Zero motorcycles is coming out with an upgraded version of their Zero-S electric super moto in April 2010. The current 2009 version has a top speed of 55 miles per hour, the 2010 version will go up to 75 miles per hour!
Last week we sent our Zero-S up to the Zero HQ in Santa Cruz, and they modified our Zero-S to the new 2010 specs. So now our Zero-S has a new headlight, a fan cooled motor and a new seat (specially designed by Corbin). Zero also changed the wiring harness and electronics for a smoother throttle response.
We love our Zero-S even better now! It’s quicker of the line and handles even easier. So if you want to try it out yourself, stop by EDR and take it for a 1 or 2 hour ride yourself. Cruise through town, ride down the peninsula or go up and down Pacific Coast Highway!
