I love riding dirt on street tires but it's been a little while (hence me eating it, got too grabby with the front brake). This bike reminds me of why I love motorcycles, so happy to say I've joined the Zero family. Recently put a chain kit on it, didn't do any tunes so anyone who is wondering how "noisy" it is can hear it. Personally, I think it's still plenty stealthy and am stoked to hit the supermoto track with no worries of broken belts this year.

It really is much more quite than I expected.
Do you know what is the type of chain being used? X ring? O ring?

Those handguards just saved you seventy-five bucks for a new brake lever. ;D

Agreed, I read a lot of people saying it's an annoying, scratchy loud noise but I have to disagree. Barely much noisier in my opinion.
It's an O ring type.

HA! Yup! Worth it for sure! I knew I was going to be pushing the bendability limits of the levers if I didn't get the handguards :P

Sick! Are there any offroad/dual sport tires made to fit the zero fxs?
