Title: Electric Motorcycles At EICMA
Post by: skadamo on November 09, 2009, 11:59:21 PM
EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy starts this week. The first news to trickle out is Ducati working on an electric motorcycle... acutally it sounds like it is a bicycle made by http://www.italwin.it/ (http://www.italwin.it/) and badged as a Ducati...

I am wondering if Brammo will unveil it's "Anti-scooter" there. Keep your eyes open for more electric motorcycle news coming from EICMA this week.

So, not much in the way of electric surfacing so far. Hyosung had the Gem 4.0 and 2.0. Looks like these are basically the MS3 250 maxiscooter and Rally 50 ICE converted to electric. Rally (Gem 2.0 has rear hub motor. Not sure about the Gem 4.0.
