The description with the video says it's a Parrot Bebop 2.

That's right. It's a Bebop 2 in "follow me" mode. It follows & orbit my smartphone from a specified altitude.

A very practical drone for our need, with a 25 minutes flight time.

You decide the height & distance from the followed object. This was my first try with it, so I was cautious.

Pay attention that this particular drone have no obstacle avoidance capability, so you have to make sure it flies higher than the objects around you..
