Just out of reach for contiguous transportation.

We have 2 VW's in the "scandal" (2012 & 2014) if we accepted the buyback offer VW would collect cars in November 2016.
(Don't worry VW I only ran Biodiesel in my 2000 and 1998 VW's)

Just to keep it valid on forum - the initial "goodwill payout" was the down payment on the 2015SR.

The "settlement" is probably going to be a couple fast chargers and/or a 3rd Zero.

With regard to VW's plans for a 15-minute charge to travel 300 miles in an electric vehicle:  I'll believe it when I see it.  I hope I live long enough to buy one of those VWs.  ::)

I wish there was a corporate capital punishment.  VW should be killed for what it did.  I find it hard to want to support them in the future.

But more EVs is always a good thing!  VW has its work cut out for it if it plans on actually delivering on its promise.  And repairing it's now tarnished reputation.
