Had a chance to buy a Z1000 2003 headlight with topfairing for not too much money.
Some custom brackets and it fits on the Zero :)
It still needs a black paintjob and a black windscreen but happy with the look so far.
A little more aggressive >:( 8)
Next will be a double projector HID kit to give (much) more lighting power and even more "face"

Looks cool. Once you get the wind screen I'll be interested to know any differences in range.

It looks angry. But kudos for a job well done.

While testing my homemade fast charger I also took some pictures of the modified headlight.
The top fairing is now black, has the proper windshield and has headlight projectors retrofitted.
I really like the look of it, just as if the bike has eyes now and the windshield provides some protection from the wind at higher speeds.
As far as savings in range due to the more aerodynamic fairing I have no idea. It probably decreases range ??? because i tend to ride faster with the windshield than without the windshield 8) This because you feel and hear less wind compared to the stock headlight.

Looks good. IIRC you're using flatpacks to fast charge, do you have a photo of it in action?
Also with so much Dutch owners we really need to do a meetup sometime ;D

Can you show what the brackets look like or how they mount?

Nice job, looks good on the all black. How to they work? Is one a low beam and one high or do they both function high and low?

Nice! Adding Angel's Eyes also around the projectors?
