Wowza!
I took advantage of the "early adopter buy back " program to trade in my 2012 model S that had had a handful of problems with the humidity here in the tropical gulf coast rotting out the electrics (BMS, several throttles, kick stand sensor, motor, etc) for a 2014 that apparently has much better sealed components and get a new warranty.
Drove it back into town late last night and unloaded it and went to bed. Today I've been blasting around the place and holy cow this thing is awesome! I already got to ride through a torrential downpour 10 miles in and haven't stopped grinning yet.
Anyhow, I never posted about the problems I had with my 2012 model here, but since it's gone anyway I guess it doesn't matter any more.

Great report! Where in the gulf coast are you?

Howdy!
I tend to lurk around the swamp known as Houston. Haven't seen any other Zero's (or other electric motos) being ridden around here at all. Hopefully it's not too long before that changes.
