Title: Sharing e-scooters in Barcelona

Clean Rider reports that eCooltra is establishing an e-scooter sharing operation in Barcelona.  Sounds like a good idea for getting around crowded cities where many people do not have their own vehicles and want something easy and convenient to ride without contributing to local air pollution.  They plan to enter other large European cities if the Barcelona business proves successful.
