Title: Pirelli offers $40 rebate if you buy a set of street tires
Post by: CrashCash on March 03, 2016, 01:31:24 AM
Since Zeros come with Pirelli tires, I figure this is of interest:

Buy a set of tires, send in a form, and get a $40 Visa prepaid card.

link works for me..

Its too bad that I run michelin tires on the CR500... it eats up rears pretty fast, but they work so good...

Actually I'm a Michelin man too (har! har!) and I was thinking of getting some Pilot Road 4s when my OEM tires wore out, but I'm actually liking the Pirellis so far. They're the first ones I've tried.

Hm. Then I looked at http://motorcycle.michelinman.com/tires/michelin-pilot-road-4#dim (http://motorcycle.michelinman.com/tires/michelin-pilot-road-4#dim) and they don't offer a size that fits. I guess I'll be getting the Pirellis after all.

Holy crap. http://motorcycle.michelinman.com/tire-selector (http://motorcycle.michelinman.com/tire-selector) actually offers "Zero Motorcycles" as a brand for fitment! I'm gobsmacked. It recommends "Pilot Streets"

Well, that is a first.  Good to see Zero with a toe in the mainstream.   :)  Did their fitment chart recommend tire pressures? I have a rear Pilot Street tire ready to go on my 2014 S. I figure I have about 500 miles before the stock tire will be down to the wear bars.
