I just got back from Contra Costa Powersports in Concord California where they have a '15 FX on sale for $8,999 and '15 SR for $13,995. The 2016's are due in next week and they are trying to get rid of the 2015's. The 2016's aren't that much improved over the 2015's - these are darn good deals. I don't know about the mileage on the FX but the SR has 170 miles on it. If I didn't already have an SR I would have snapped this one up. I have had my SR for a year now and I still find it to be a thrilling motorcycle.
Call Rob at 888-845-2321 if you're interested. I have bought two bikes from these guys and they have treated me well.

Hear is a tip, always ask for a invoice to see if they are going to fee you and negotiate the out the door price.
I was looking for a 2015 Zero SR demo and I found that the unit price may be $14,000, but then you get charged the following fees. The better the list price, the more the fees.
destination fee~ $450
assembly fee~ $390
documentation~ $80
tax ~ $1340
licence ~ $175
==========
Out the door -$16400
I just went out of state and got a price of $12,000 with all fees including (excluding tax and licence). You can use Uship to get shipping cross country for $450.
Note that Zero is currently releasing their 2015 Demo fleet to dealers to sell. Last year I heard that they were selling SRs for $10,000, but that could be way off if that does not include any margin.

If the 2016 motor is significantly better at staying cooler as they say, i think its a pretty big upgrade. That is the main reason I am going to get a 2016, even though i haven't found anything of someone testing how much better it is.
