Recently upgraded to an HID headlight on my 2014 S. Ever since sometimes when I turn the bike on the display will not light up at all. Happens about 30% of the time. If I cut the bike off and on a cpl of times when will come back on like normal. I don't like doing this because Ive been told its not good for the bulb. The other day I turned the bike off and the power display stayed on along with the headlight. I couldn't drive the bike and turning the key made no difference. I thought I would be stranded at first and about 5 minutes later it returned to normal. Anybody have any suggestions. This all happened after the HID light upgrade. To my knowledge I put it in correct. There was no wiring of any kind. The light was basically plug and play.
