Title: Craigslist Alert - Electric Motorcycle Electricross Drift early Zero X version

Not my listing but when google alert hit on this I had to share.

Electric Motorcycle Electricross Drift early Zero X version - $1000 (santa cruz)

This bike was Zero Motorcycle's first motorcycle. Zero Motorcycles used to be called Electricross before it changed it's name. Now this bike is a collectors item. I founded Zero Motorcycles and this was a retirement gift. It has been a living room museum piece for years. It is in excellent condition, but it may take some work to get it in riding condition.

That really is a cool find. First electric production bike in the modern age. it be famous like the Rocket steam engine.
Would be great if you can do Doco on it, also try and ask Neal if he has any plans or design notes for it.
Try and interview Neil, if be good if he like to have a yarn about it and his startup in Electric Motorcycles if you both have time.

The lightning bolt with wheels logo is cute  ;D

Let's just say I have big plans for this little bike.... I dont think I've ever been so excited to pick up anything. I have been looking for the other frame floating around zero for a long time, even friends in high places at zero could never get me one they really didn't make to many. They never would sell me their Electricross in the showroom at the factory. Let's just say I ask every time, so now that I have my chance let's just say it's not getting away and 1000 is a steal, I can easily make a more feasible battery for it now!!!

All I ever did was ride the old zero bikes it's what got me into riding, always wanted a real small one, now I can model another similar size  and much  faster one after it once up and running
