Title: Zero DS 2012 with Brammo engine
Post by: centra12 on May 09, 2015, 08:34:36 PM
Hello

Have now finally my new Brammo engine (Heinzmann PERM 120) received.
After preparation of holder I could make the first fitting session.
Toothed belt wheel I'll get in the next few days.
Has anyone of you a IXXAT USB to CAN Adapter V 1.5 or 1.6

even if you want a original ME0913 i have one that came directly from the update from Zero at Scott Valley and have no more glitch problem.   I doubt that with the 120 motor you will get the same power?

For the IXXAT there is one for sale on ebay for 600$.. lol.. these was sold brand new for 400$ before these was discontinued.

Hello

Thanks for the offer but with Zero/ME motors I'm done.
Have in one year and 7000KM two motors requires.
With a top speed of 100km/h I would be happy .Heinzamm are the engine with 7KW=55Volt and 100A at
The IXXAT I have also seen, however, I am in Europe and will have to pay 180€ Customs

Hello everybody

After several months, with breaks and a few setbacks, my Zero is now running properly.
Top speed is currently 90KmH (55mph) governed with only 270A and 47Nm and Max temperture 120C ° with the engine rarely 70C ° heat is.
Original had the Zero 420A 66Nm and Max temperature 190C ° that was probably the reason why the motors were always broken.

Now I have to regulate only the problem with the BMS.
