I just got some parts From Norcal mastercraft in CA they are no longer a Zero dealer and want to get rid of all their old parts. Its not a long list but a few things like the Fox racing shocks for the FX (ask them for the part #s ) for less than $500 a Corbin Saddle for like $200 MX high handlebars a 16 inch DS rear tire for like $40 and a few other odds and ends. Give them a call 925 475 8864 ask for Matt in parts. Make an offer!

BEWARE of NorCal MasterCraft!!!
They advertised the FX motorcycle shock as you mentioned, I bought it and had it shipped. I then opened the box and discovered it was NOT for the FX!!! It was for the older X motorcycle. I called and told them I wanted to have my money refunded and return shipping paid. The young girl who sold this to me said too bad. She then had the nerve to say I was stalking her since I was on the phone for over 15 minutes saying why they must refund my money, since it was their mistake, not mine and why should I have to pay a penalty due to their lack of expertise of selling a misadvertised product. She then just HUNG UP on me. I honestly think this girl has a mental condition. Anyways I had to call back and ask for the owner, which they did not transfer me to. Instead the head manager listened to my issue and instantly refunded my money and sent a prepaid UPS tag for the shock.
With that this was the most HORRIBLE experience I ever had with any company. They don't know what the hell they have nor what it fits. They wasted a good portion of my time fixing their problem. Also they made me feel humiliated, by the young girl, who had disrespect for a customer who had an issue due to their problem.
Again, BEWARE and I would not buy a single thing from these guys. Also they don't have any FX shocks, only the one that's for the X which is not the correct length. I'm sure they'll try to off that thing to some unknowing FX owner to make a quick buck.
I also heard these guys sold a person a Zero electric motorcycle. When the person paid for the bike, he asked how / where do you plug the bike in to charge. They didn't know and were clueless!! Go figure.

Yes - that was me. I wish I had something good to say about them, but I can't think of anything.
I spent a lot money at their dealership, but they didn't appreciate me as a costomer. When they decided to stop selling Zeros I asked Matt if I could buy their used Quic charger and he promised he'd sell it to me at a discount "in a month or two" - that was over one year ago.
I'm sooo happy with my new dealership - Contra Costa Motorsports in Concord, CA - they've been great to me - I highly recommend them.

Thanks for the info even tho i am in Australia it good to shame the bad dealers and praise the good.
We only have 4 dealers for the whole of Australia, still waiting for 2015 models.
You would not know the QLD dealer sold zero's not one item of zero marketing anywhere in store.

Hi guys I hate if yall had trouble with NorCal I have nothing to do with them other than buying some parts on Ebay for $300 less then Zero had them listed for. So it worked out great for me and I was trying to share the love. Now to be fair my listing said (check part numbers) as I called Zero to check on some brake pads for sale on Ebay and got a pretty rude "call your dealer not us" response. I bought private so I had no dealer. I credit Zero for upgrading the bikes and components but you have to support the secondary market so the new buyers aren't stuck with a 75% loss a few years later when they try to sale. Now NorCal really should have never gotten into Zeros they sale boats so not a good fit. But Zero should take back the bikes and parts and either discount, or part out, or ship to EU as the older bikes still work for small city commutes. Sorry off topic. Anyway sorry if you felt cheated not a good feeling and not my intention.
