Title: The Tesla Model M electric motorcycle?

I don't think so.   ::)  But someone produced this official looking video commercial, although the motorcycle shown at the end of the video seems to be something other than electric.  Anyway, up until the last second, it was looking pretty good:

If "official-looking" video means rips from Tesla-produced videos and the Tron: Legacy movie..
