cool, Manufactures top speed set at 20 MPH, does that imply you can lift that limit and maybe go 30 MPH, cause 20 MPH that's ride in the bicycle lane speed

Yeah, saw them at Costco. It is common for them to bring items in and sell them out. I think they buy stuff in "lots" and blow through it.
