Title: Pikes Peak International Hill Climb 2014

Pikes Peak (http://www.ppihc.com) is this weekend. Practice tomorrow through Friday, race Sunday.

The race entry list (http://www.electricracenews.com/2014/05/pikes-peak-entry-list-has-6-7-electric.html) has 6 electric cars and 3 electric bikes. Some of the EV cars may be able to reach an overall podium, though I am not sure about fastest overall. Jeremiah Johnson will be riding the 100 kW Brutus V2 Rocket (http://brutusmotorcycle.com/brutusV2Rocket.html), which should be able to do very well against the gas bikes. He did race Pikes Peak last year for the first time, so he will have a bit of track experience this year.

I am planning to fly in Friday evening. Not sure what's going on Saturday. After the Sunday race I'm heading up to visit friends in Denver for a couple of days.

Anyone else planning to go?
