Sounds great.
Let's see third party tests of the cells.

Is there anybody visiting Electric Drive Transportation Association Conference in Indianapolis (19.-21.5.2014):
Power Japan Plus will present the Ryden Dual Carbon Battery !
Please report.

Wow! Sounds too good to be true, but more credible than EESTOR.
This sounds like real breakthrough - we'll know soon enough I guess. Elon Musk should be all over this.
[can we move this thread to the 'news' category?]

Power, energy, and cycle life; they all seem to trumpet one or two and conveniently ignore the other. Lots of reference to how quickly it can charge (and likely powerfully discharge) and its life, but the only statement I could find about its energy density was:
"offers energy density comparable to a lithium ion battery"
So that could be promising, but until they get more quantitative with that, we'll see... No good having a fast, quickly rechargable EV that requires double the volume and/or weight of battery for a given kWh!
