Here is a long and very interesting article published by Charged summarizing an interview with Brammo's CEO, Craig Bramscher.  Mr. Bramscher outlines the history of his pre-Brammo exploits, how the company was founded, their progress to date, some of the projects they are working on now and how he believes that their future will evolve.  If you have the time and an interest in the EV business, this is a great read:
