Are they trying to replicate the ladybug success in motorcycle?
That's really awful!

The vehicle, according to their website, is suppose to be "unmatched" but it doesn't seem better than the Zero and it certainly cost a lot more >_<

Hilarious - I wonder which demographic they are marketing to....

A demographic that has less styling taste than money. ;)

Here is a very short video of the Johammer being ridden though some snow:

This article says that the Johammer J1 is going into production. It includes a number of photos, along with two paragraphs about the bike that repeat over and over: http://news.motorbiker.org/blogs.nsf/dx/the-electric-johammer-j1.200-motorcycle-has-gone-into-production.htm (http://news.motorbiker.org/blogs.nsf/dx/the-electric-johammer-j1.200-motorcycle-has-gone-into-production.htm)

Looking at the photos of the factory, they seem to have build quite a bit of bikes already!

I have to repeat those due to copyright laws.
As for the "unmatched" range & performance, after reading their blurb several times, in fact it's "unmatched" performance & range for an electric cruiser (and they're wrong there to with the advent of the French Voxan power cruiser).
Over the next year or two we will be seeing many more of these announcements while companies jump on the band wagon.
