Nissan recently released a new webpage on their site that has Nissan LEAF drivers answering common questions. I think it would be helpful for Zero to have a similar page. There are plenty of us here ready to share our stories and answer questions!
Here is Nissan's page

I suspect that any such page is more likely to be located here, as Zero is not likely to want to have a public viewable page that attracts any owner complaints or concerns. However, perhaps Zero would want to create a page that contains typical questions and answers and/or FAQ facts gleaned from their current owners manual for the benefit of prospective or new owners. I doubt they would want anyone outside the company to post on it though.

Any company will want to curate testimonial.

Brammo may be planning a similar collection of customer testimonials:

Currently this banner image links to Wes Siler's Fall 2012 Empulse "first ride" video, which doesn't really seem related to the image.

I would expect any responses to such a page to be reviewed before being allowed on the company website. It wouldn't function like a discussion forum. However, it would provide good information to potential buyers who don't find this site.

I completely forgot I was on that pic! Far right, middle. Black leather jacket and white empulse!
I'd be down with a "Ask an owner a question" forum. I'd be happy to answer experienced based questions.
