Title: NEW REP. IN SO. CAL. STREET LEGAL ZERO X DEMOS
Post by: Zero Hero on April 30, 2009, 10:42:30 AM
Hey guys I'm a new rep in Oceanside Ca. Zero supplied me with a light kit and I was able to register my bike for the street. I've been riding it to work. I'm able to ride dirt trails for part of the ride and then I hit the street.  If you want to try it out give me a call at 760- 815-4000

Hey welcome to the forum!  Was it difficult to register the X for street?  Please post up some pics of the bike with the light kit if you get a chance.  Thanks!

I like the back pegs you installed also. I was going to make caps for mine to store the reg in like a glove box.

Thanks.  I will likely call you.  What is the cost of that?   (I'd need to add horn and mirrors too.)  Also, does anything thinl this light kit will make an X elible for the tax credit that the S is ok'd for?

Im not sure on the cost of the kit. The kit I originally got was the wrong one which was more expensive. I took my bike over to Baja Designs and they used my bike to design the kit specific for the X. Check with Zero. Im going to call my tax guy on the Federal rebate I think it should qualify but we'll see.
