Here is an Electric Motorcycle Buyer's Guide that I wrote for GreenCarReports.com.
I wrote it because there was one that was filled with misinformation and I thought there should be one that is more thoroughly researched. I tried to get as many real electric motorcycles in this article, but am sure there are some others from smaller groups.
Readers of this forum probably know about most (or all) of the rides listed, but thought I'd share it here as a place to find specs and side-by-side comparisons easily.

Better remove the Vectrix from the article as they no longer exist. This is a real pity because their maxi scooter was an excellent product.

Good Job Benswing.
I did literally LOL at the guy in the comments saying electric bikes are gutless. Can't wait till he comes across his first SR at the lights!

Nice little writeup! Nice to see someone cover them all. I think its pretty complete.
I don't think Motoczysz will be moving forward on bikes, the owner has been diagnosed with Cancer and they've moved out of the building. I hope that he gets better, but AFAIK, there is nothing happening. I haven't seen anything come out of Electric Motorsport/Native Motorcycles in a while.... they aren't building the GPRS anymore. Mavizen was using a drivetrain from Agni, with Lipo batteries in a KTM RC8 Chassis. That hasn't gone anywhere in like 3 years, and I think they've focused on the race series and parts sales. The TTX02 hasn't been mentioned since early 2010.
With respect to Brammo:
The charger for all the Brammo bikes is 120-240VAC and the Icon/Spec 32 is ~$20k

Thanks for the feedback guys. Especially thanks to Protomech for his thorough and well-reasoned response to the ignoramus with the "gutless" comment. I didn't want to respond right away and the response you gave is great!
Another manufacturer seems to have come out of the woodwork, the Z Electric Vehicle group (ZEV). I'm interested to see their product, and hope to make it out to WV sometime to take a test ride. Although, one of my criteria for making the "Buy Now" list is to have US dealers and they don't have any that I am aware of.
Re: Vectrix, I heard that they are re-tooling their VX-1 to work wit Lithium batteries which has taken longer than expected. Their VX-2 is available at dealerships and none of the dealers I contacted said anything about Vectrix completely disappearing. Any news articles on them?

They went bankrupt again.... Like within the last couple months.
