I am still shopping for a 2013 DS and was told today that I will need to wait for the 2014 models to arrive in March because there are no new 2013 DS's in stock anymore and no new shipments to Europe. :(
So what does this mean:
Component shortage (battery cells due to recall)?
Zero is already ramping up 2014 production / factory retailing?
Thoughts anyone?

I'm sure they're preparing for the 2014s. They announced the 2013s in the fall last year. It If you want a 2013 demo I can probably find one for you. I'm sure they're around.

It was right at the beginning of October last year as a matter of fact.

The dealer in Amsterdam will sell me his demo bike but the deal is not good enough. Maybe I will bite if the 2014 models are more expensive without much improvements.

I went to New York City to check out the 2013 and they say that the 2013 are all out with the dealers, in other words Zero is not making anymore 2013 not sure if I believe that completely. Anyway I also went to a dealer near Chicago and they said they had two 2013 S models (11.4) when I asked about the yellow one they said they gave it to another dealer to sell. So maybe you can convince the dealer in UK to check the inventory of the other dealers ::).
