Yesterday I picked up the February 2013 issue of City Bike magazine and Terry and his ride to the Bay Area from Florida was mentioned in the "News, Clues & Rumors" section of the paper, on page 6, under the heading "Zero Miles". The story includes his Facebook page and a comment that Terry is touring the Bay Area and No. CA, "meeting the folks at Zero and CityBike reader and e-moto enthusiasts Richard Harmon".
(Of all the many great people that Terry has met, apparently the magazine editor Gabe Ets-Hokin, could only remember my name. I guess my modeling on the cover of last April's issue, while wearing my bright yellow jacket and managing to ride my Zero the 10 miles to the photo-shoot impressed him. :rolleyes: ) The article ends with: "He (Terry) seems in no hurry to return to Florida. We don't blame him." ;)
At the bottom of the same page, under the heading "Electric Deals", is mention of the various government and factory rebates available to anyone wanting to buy a 2012 Zero motorcycle. :)
