Yesterday John the "Warranty Manager" from Zero called and said his records indicated I had recently purchased a Zero and he wanted to know how I liked it, how much I had ridden it, if I had had any trouble, what my suggestions for improvement were, etc.
He gave me his direct line and said not to hesitate calling if I had any issues.
Wow. :) That's a nice feeling.
Did everyone else get a call like this?

Not yet, but I am ready for a call like that. :)
Shortly after buying my Zero in February, I did mention here that I had had a couple of stalling issues with my bike. Shortly after posting my comment, I received a call at home from a Zero representative (before they had a "Warranty Manager"). The fellow told me that they had read about my problem and offered to have a truck come to my home, pick up my bike, take it to the factory, install updated programming and replace the throttle assembly and return it to my home ready to ride. They followed through on their promise a few days later and my bike has been running fine ever since. :)

1 Month. Maybe they're just randomly calling a subset of people, not everyone?
