First thing I do when I get it is begin converting it to a straight up dirt bike.. This is the bike they need for straight up dirt riding.. Hopefully can lighten it up a good 25lbs or so..

Congrats! Looking forward to seeing what you do with it.

I would like to see what you do to it as well. I was thinking the ds with more battery would be good for the dirt bike. Can't wait to hear a trail report and see what kind of range you get. I think that fairing in front will get broken by a rock or log. The charger is under it I think. For offroad you probably don't need the charger onboard. The frame has some rails that forward and are asking to be bent. A skid plate could probably make a nice smooth transition and fix all that.

I am actually waiting for it to be delivered as I type this.. Yea my plan is to remove all the lights, charger and 12v converter to lighten it up.. Anything I dont need will probably come off. I will see how much the speedo panel weighs before I decide to tear it off and replace it with a zero weight bicycle one like I did on my zero X. I am kind of hoping I can drop a good 25lbs off of it.
