Anybody worse have their battery current sensor fail? Mine has. Unfortunately it involves replacing a part inside the battery/BMS pack and I live in Denver, CO and there is not a dealer located here yet. So Zero is shipping the parts to me and they are flying out a technician to repair my bike onsite. Not bad customer service at all. Bummer news is that the weather is getting nice and I just got my rear Zero soft bags installed and now my bike won't run.

Try and take some pics of the inside of the S/DS battery pack please. I've never seen the internals of the bigger packs.

Well I got an update from Zero today. They are going to make a trip to my house with a service engineer in a couple of weeks as they pass through Denver on their way to Texas. The good news is they are building me a new (2011 version) battery pack with the updated cell structure, firmware, and software (and range!). They are also going to repair the front brake caliper recall and also check on my front disc brake rotor as I think it is warped.
As a bonus, they are going to have the van with all the 2011 bikes loaded in it so I can test ride all of them while they repair my 2010 DS! I'm inviting my motorcycle friend over for the afternoon so he can demo them too!
