EV Scooter company out of Germany.

The development departments are located in Germany and Italy, the design was done by Paolo Valcic in Italy. The company-owned factory, which is under German management, is located in Wuxi near Shanghai, China.

e-max ev's Germany is one of the few companies that provide a scooter with Li/Ion batteries and a matching battery management system (BMS).

There are many factories produce LI BATTERY with BMS in China  .  ::)
