So, I am following this guide how to do it, but I want to know from anyone with hands on experience how they dp somethingnlike this.
Chatgpt says to heat to 100 degrees C and maybe use some silocone remover, but prying just ruins the reflctor.
I thought that is all fails I could cut along the seal with a dremel along the red lineand pry it open and just reseal it afterwards ?

It really depends on what type of sealant this is. Once you figure out the type of sealant (like that's easy :)) you can look into the data sheets what solvent would be most effective.
I've had good results removing some sealants (and glues) by heating them. Try your oven to get the part warm to throughout. Heat only makes the glue soft, it does not dissolve it. I've also used liquid silicone removers on others (Silocone removers tend to be found in the plumbing section (isn't Carl Moller still large in Denmark?)). For one glue where I really had to remove the glue without damaging the part Gasoline was most effective. Acetone is another powerful easily available solvent. Often found in your wifes/girlfriends cosmetic shelf, make sure it's the real thing, not environmental safe replica.
If all else fails you can sacrifice the part, draw/redesign it in CAD and have it custom made. Either in your own (or one of your friends) 3D printer or use something like PCB-Way which is one of many companies offering bespoke one off CNC manufacturing. Aluminium tape might also work.
The LED module itself is most likely available from RS in Denmark.

It is the rubbery kind that you can peel off if there is excess.
Just wondering if heat is enough or I should apply some sealant remover.
I did get the LED already.

I guess your headlights are not operation anymore. Are you sure it's because of the LED and not because of the LED drivers (they are known to fail)?
Just asking because I had this problem and tried to get a complete new lamp unit from the manufacturer ECE of Italy. Mailed them twice but they never bothered to answer.
Maybe first try warming it up with a hairdryer, that should only produce relatively moderate temperatures and you might already feel the sealant becoming weak.

swapping the leads from high to low beam can eliminate the driver being the culprit. the left driver and right driver too can be swapped in troubleshooting as well to isolate bad parts. unless your two lights are being driven by just one driver.
where are you at in the world, i may have a set and pretty sure i can get them into an frb for about 88 dollas world wide, about 10 in the usa.

good job there. can't you just buy that entire assembly somewhere, i know they sell lights and repair kits, because as you see, stuff goes out. just replaceentire board.

got ya, yes that makes sense then.
how much do they want for a new board?
if you didn't cook any of the other components, heat tends to be the enemy of those led's and it don't take much at all, they are stupid sensitive if they overheat. if you can get away with just replacing that one diode then that's great.
