Hi!
Today when checking my zero dsrx battery SOC using the app and the remote option, it showed 0% battery. I was in shock and run to the garage, but the bike was properly charged at 65%. After switching on and off the bike, the app showed the status was updated in the last hour, (so some info is being sent) but it keeps showing 0% SOC and status connected (it is not).
Do you know what is wrong? Any method to reset? Thanks.

I finally found (I think) the problem.
If you switch the bike on, move a little y switch it off, it updates position but the battery status is not correctly updated. It looks like I interrupted the upload somehow.
What I don't get is why dont we get periodic updates of the battery SoC? It is only updated while charging or when the bike is on... I have to go down to the garage after a couple of days to know the current SoC. That kills the purpose of the remote app because I can remember where I stored the bike XD I don't know the app to remind me that I parked in the garage yesterday :D

I don't have any insight to your situation but my bike updates that thing maybe once or twice a day. Remote connect isn't useful.
I may get a text at work telling me my bike finished charging, and that was YESTERDAY. It doesn't update enough to know what the real SOC is, its real location, or any events. Works fine on Bluetooth except scheduled charging. Cant set the times in it.
Maybe the cell module sucks, maybe the app, maybe both. I'm a huge fan of my bike and riding it daily but that part is... a little... disappointing. No big deal.

Thanks for your comments.
Mine is only updated if I switch on the bike. If I store it in the garage for a week, it is never updated and if I switch it on and then off inmediately, then it shows 0% SoC forever.
