Hi,
I just crashed my 21 eva RS on ice. Left side got wrecked, the bike worked ok enough to get home.
But aside from the bodywork being destroyed, the waterpump and its hose are damaged.
Is there an option to buy those parts aside from official energica parts? I know they are in the process of getting back on tracks but I have no idea how that works for a current need.

Contact you nearest dealer and ask them, here in Europe a bunch of dealers have linked up to compile a stock list they can cross-order from, you might get lucky. If not, Energica is actively looking to build a list of backorder parts they need to fulfill in the new year atm. If your dealer has closed their relationship with Energica they might be able to forward you to another dealer or otherwise give you a contact to inquire from.

I remember the phrase, "$25 water pump made by Bosch" being used in reference to that unit. Inspect the unit and see if you can get any model numbers off it.

You can order a replacement water pump from Amazon or other online retailers it's made by Bosch part number reference is: 0392023004
Just be careful removing the unit, the housing is made of a flexible material (for vibration damping) and can be damaged. Drain the coolant, remove the hoses, unbolt the support bracket from the frame and use soapy water as a lubricant to slip the pump out.
The hoses are custom made for the bike. Depending on what hose you need you might be able to make standard (by the foot) radiator hose work. The ends of the hoses are flared to different sizes to fit the various components.
You can find plastic adapters to increase or reduce radiator hose diameter. Using these you can connect different diameter hoses together to make a new line.

inserts, bayonet mounts, and hose clamps work wonders too if you have to splice up something together to make it work.

I am ok physically but unfortunately I am at the bottom of a deep depression bout and life feels like pure hell, I would not wish it on my worst enemy.

Winter Solstice is only 5 days out & I eagerly await it.
Days will get longer & temps will increase.
This helps boost my mood which is lowered this time of year.
