Honda has introduced Honda CUV. Clean Urban Vehicle. The specs are not a reason to run around shouting, but in a refreshing departure from the norm it doesn't look like Honda have for charities sake employed visually impaired designers for the looks of an electric vehicle. (I'm looking at you BMW.)

Rated Power 270W
Max. Power Output up to 6kW
My ktm freeride E the rated power is about 2/3 of the max power. Something seems a bit strange here.

unless they are playing the pmpo game to tweak it's perceived power. that does not look very good at all, are you sure that wasn't 2700 watts. 270 seems a bit small for something that large.
agreed, something is not adding up right here.

Actually I like the CE-04, it looks cool and modern. This looks bland and forgettable.

That rated power is for the battery charger.

Just goes to show that tastes are different. All the good points about the CE-04 cannot overcome the way it looks in my eyes. Sometimes I think that it was designed this way so it would not sell well. That maybe it was so expensive to make that each bike is sold at a loss. Then I realize that I'm not important to BMW. The bike was simply designed for a group of buyers that I don't belong to. I'm glad that there are people who like it. It has good specs. Everyone should have a bike that they like in spite of all the quirks.

While I have seen a couple of CE-04 electric scooters parked in front of BMW dealerships over the past few years, I have yet to see one in the wild. And I have never seen a new CE-02 even at a dealership in the SF Bay Area. It looks to me like both scooters were designed by German engineers, not Italian designers. ;)
