This does not look good.

Well, they have no more bikes to sell. Selling swag and parts *is* a revenue stream. They are a separate entity and have to keep the lights on. Hopefully there are enough Energicas this side of the Mississippi that will need service calls to keep them in business for a while longer.

It does look like a "fire sale". :(

It's pretty much a revenue stream. As mp said since they are pretty much out of bikes, it's a way to make money besides repairs and the likes, and it is may, ie spring time, so Spring sale is actually pretty fitting. Clean out the old stuff, get some cash to keep the lights on and possibly to buy parts for a repair in progress, to make more money with a week later type thing. ...ie doing business as a bike shop
given the 'process' is still grinding away in italy, they have to do something as their own entity to stay solvent. Remember the intent to make Energica usa, and energica italy, two separate entities was forged early on in the process, so this is not a closing up shop, sweep out the garage sale, but a lets get some money to keep going and serve our customers while the shit trudges on move. it may be some months before we see them making bikes again but think of this as a way to solidify energica usa, and keep it going and establish it while they get things in place to either work with energica italy once that part is resolved, or venture out as their own new entity if the italy one does not come thru the process well.
they are still open, still alive, and still working on bikes. here's a good way to get spare parts for those do it yourselfers, and to help support them thru this transition time.
