Title: Diagnostic software
Post by: centra12 on April 18, 2025, 04:04:20 PM
Hello

Does anyone know of a Persion or former dealer who would sell the repair manual or diagnostic software?

I would like to get an Energica despite the bad news but the minimum is at least the diagnostic software

Diagnostic software is run through "Energica Suite" which is/was controlled by Energica themselves, dealer log-in is required....so it's not available to us mere mortals.

I have the workshop manual for the Experia but not the other bikes.

You would need to locate a dealer with access to the diagnostic software and convince them to sell you their computer.
With that said an off the shelf OBD2 reader can be used to check and clear stored fault codes.

It's the silly service/spanner light that I'd like to be able to get rid of...unfortunately no OBD-II reader will do it...that I'm aware of.
