Hi!
I am only getting 3.3kwh charge at home.
My BYD charges at 7kwh without any issue.
Any idea? I have not tried other chargers yet.

P.D: I think I need a three-phase power installation, which I don't have :S

Yes, if only one phase is available where you are charging, then your upper limits are going to be 220 V and 16 A, thus below 3.5 kW (includes conversion losses). The two built-in chargers in the Zero can take 16 A each and are using the first two phases, the rapid charger can draw 32 A from the third phase to add 6.6 kW of charging power giving the total of ~12 kW.
I am limited to a single phase and 16 A thus charging at home with 3.3 kW max. That is good enough with my Tesla, so largely sufficient for my Zero. As you probably already know, the vast majority of public AC chargers will give you three phases thus giving you 6.6 kW, and even 12 kW if you have the additional 6 kW rapid charger in the frunk.

Unfortunately the bike is designed for US electric grid. Which is (usually) single phase and low voltage (110). The European system like you have in Spain is three phase and almost 400 volts between phases. Since the bikes charging system is designed for single phase, it will not use peak power in your home. I don't know why Zero doesn't use different chargers for European customers. It would be practically Zero extra cost.
If your BYD is charging at 7kw on one phase you need to figure out why there is difference. If it's charging from three phases the cause is clear. If your BYD is charging from single phase try using the BYD charging cable on your Zero. The cables have current limiting setting built in.
If you get 22kwh charger at home the Zero might switch to 6.6kwh charging speed.

I just tried a gas station charger and it charged at 6.5 perfectly :)

I in the UK and I have an SRF with the EU mennekes type 2 charge socket, and I have the charge tank, so I have three chargers on the bike: 3kW, 3kW and 6kW. These are on each of the three phases of the socket (L1, L2, L3). If I have a three phase charge point I get 12kW. However, if the charge point is only single phase (chargers rated at 7 or 11kW, typically household chargers) only L1 is connected, and I get 3kW.
However if you rewire the charge lead to swap L1 and L3, which is what I have done, and of course if you have the 6kW charger, and you have a 32 amp supply (you say your BYD takes 7kW, so yes) and your cable is rated at 32A ( set by a resistor between PP and earth pins in side the cable) you will get the 6kW. OK 5.8kW, were talking rounded figures here.
Do you have the 6kW charger? if not this info isnt much use, sorry.

Thanks for the info. However I only have the inbuilt 6.6 kwh charger of the dsrx, not the additional chargetank. Cheers!
P.D: I don't need the 6kwh at home at all. My only concern were if the 6.6kwh charger was working properly, which I successfully tested out of home :D

To get around the problem, I modified my T2 cable by reversing phases 1 and 3

Could you provide a simple schematic of what it means to swap phase 1 and 3 on the cable ? Is it complicated to open up the cable plug ?

You must have a cable with a female plug that can be removed (this is not always possible). Search the internet for T2 female pinout.
