Title: No "Status Okay"?
Post by: DonTom on August 12, 2024, 01:49:38 AM
I am not sure, but I think after my SS9- got a FW update I can no longer get a "Status Okay" message on the bottom of the screen under "Service" for " Vehicle Status". But no error messages.

Have others noticed the same? I am wondering if the "Status okay" message was removed or if something else is going on.

I never tried that much but the two times I used this screen it simply shows a pic of the bike and nothing seems to happen.

So did I, but I am now on the latest version for my older 2020 SS9-(V42), so I am wondering if that is related.

And need to turn the key off to get rid of it. I assume that is normal.

hi,

no need to switch off the bike. Just push the mode button to the left and hold ~3 sec to get out of the diagnostic screen.

BTW, after I updated my 2020 SS9 to V. 42 (the highest possible for the older 2020 SS9) I noticed it charges at two KW more on a Tesla Supercharger Magic Dock. It used to charge at 7 KW, now it is a steady 9KW on a Tesla Magic Dock Supercharger.

But on my Experia, it charges up to  20KW on a Tesla Super Charger with Magic Dock, which also used to charge at 7 KW before the update (to V 43).

Also, I can now follow charger instructions on all CCS chargers,  such as to plug in first. I no longer have to unplug and try again. Nice improvement on charging.
