While wandering around the huge Northridge Mall in San Jose yesterday looking for the Verge shop (more about that later today), I stopped by a Polestar store to ask where the Verge motorcycles were located and saw this Cake Polestar. I bet there are not many of these around. ;)

If you find the Verge people please ask them why you can't balance the rear tire on their bike they won't seem to answer me. Not the wheel. The tire.

It looks like Cake may be back. Its assets have been purchased by a Norwegian retail car business. We will have to see how that works out in the long run. ??? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjkNZ4BQvgg

What is balancing the *tire*? I've only ever heard of wheel balancing

I think he's referring to how you can't balance the rim because it's a weird hubless design so you'd need to balance the tyre, which of course can't be done.

They could use this. Be sure they give me money for fixing their issue.

That's kind of similar to that ride on stuff that is a balancer and a leak plugger. I am running it in my RIbelle and have had zero problems with it and in fact would have to say it works wonders as I have picked up a few small screws now and the only way I knew was by physical inspection, ie no tire air loss giving away the fact the tire was compromised.
