Hello. Maybe some one have a pinout diagram for Gen3/MBB. Somewhere shorting out and it's hard to find where. Zero Sr/s 2020

I started mapping out the wire-harness. I've attached what I have so far for the connections to the MBB.

Thanks. Maybe you know what cables (pins) goes to 12v fuses from MBB.

Fuses #3, #4, #5 go to the MBB 36-pin connector (pins 30-32).
Which fuse is blowing? The other fuses don't go through the MBB

All three of these 3,4,5 and burn. I disconnect everything dc-dc, lamps, ignition key, and as soon as I connect the MBB and connect the 12v battery, three fuses 3,4,5 blow. I suspect that there may be a malfunction inside the MBB? or the wires short out.

Have you disconnected the motor controller also?
Have you tried one fuse at a time? If all three fuses are blowing at the same time, it does seem like the issue is with the MBB.
Have you checked for shorts on the harness between ground and Aux 12v or 12V Battery or dc-dc output?

Fuses 3, 4 and 5 provide power to the Power Distribution Unit (PDU), which in turn powers all the exterior lights, the horn, the two aux outlets, the motor controller, part of the dash, and pin 16 of the OBD II port. The PDU may be your problem, not the MBB.

I found out that the MBB is fail. Shortens in MBB itself. Question: is it possible to disassemble the MBB? if cut and opened, is the microchips flooded (sealed)?
Another question, if I take the MBB and the key from another motorcycle, will the MBB work, with my motorcycle? Or will it have to be programmed at the dealer? Or i can make some changes (activation) over OBDII ? Thanks in advance.

The MBB is potted (sealed) so it can't be disassembled. You would have to cut through the case and spend many hours scrapping away the potting material.
I could be wrong but I think the MBB needs to be programmed at the dealer to work with a different key switch.

The MBB is most likely potted, with all the vibrations a bike would have, those big filter caps etc would shake themselves off the motherboard in short order. Not much you can do about that w/o a bunch of nasty chemicals.
Given you have a dead short, it's hard to say, one bulged filter cap can cause what you are explaining to happen. so can a rectifier bridge being BTFU, one could be a ten dollar fix, the other, cha CHING !, break out the credit card, you wouldn't know the extent of the damage until you unpotted it. ie It's not worth your time sadly.
Perhaps you could call the dealer and ask that ?, do I have to reprogram it?

I've got the harness mostly mapped out and put it on GitHub (https://github.com/atomicdog/ZeroMotoWireharness).
I only have the source code that creates the pics and not the pics/html uploaded so far, but eventually I'll get around to cleaning it up and adding the pics.

One more question, is there a "power distribution unit (PDU)" is inside the MBB? or somewhere else? Zero sr/s 2020 model.

It appears from looking at the parts manual that they are one unit.
