I have an 2022 FXE where the wires got ripped out of the 20-pin Molex MX150 connector and had to reverse-engineer all the signals to get it working again. I'll post it here as I was unable to get an account on the unofficial service manual wiki.
There are 2 wires I'm not 100% sure of because I was unable to get the bike in a state where it would light up the MIL (Engine) light or the Red charge fault light. If anyone knows a trick to get the bike to light these, let me know. (Or if you can check the colors on your own bike)
2022 Zero FXE Instrument Panel Wiring - MX150 Connector:
1 - Yel/Blk - Warn Triangle (+5v B-) 11 - White - CAN +
2 - Yel - Temp (+5v B-) 12 - Blue - CAN -
3 - Grn/Blk - Run (+5v B-) 13 - Orn/Blk - Vss (Pack B-)
4 - Blk/Whi - Green Charge (+5v B-) 14 - Grey/Black ABS?
5 - Orn - Red Charge? 15 - Blu/Black MIL?
6 - Brn/Blk - High Beam 16 - Brown - +12v
7 - Green - Left Turn 17 - X - No Connection
8 - Grey - Right Turn 18 - X - No Connection
9 - Black - GND (12v) 19 - X - No Connection
10 - Pink - +5v (Pack B- Ref) 20 - Bare Shield - GND (12v)
I'll also attach it as an image for convenience:(https://ingineerix.com/pic/?zero-lcd-ic-wiring)

I think unplugging the connector to the motor controller and keying on will throw a CEL. I know it'll throw a fault for the lack of CAN to the controller. I just can't remember if Zero actually lets it throw a CEL.
