I assume it's probably my phone, but when I try to use turn by turn on my 2020 SR/F it always seems to shut off after 20 minutes or so. I have the phone powered via USB so I assume power is not the problem. I guess it could be cell coverage? Anyone else seen this? Other than turning off, it seems to work well :).

Hi. Did you set for your Zero Next Gen App your battery parameters on "No restriction" (if you are on Android) ?

stevenh - Did you purchase the On-Dash Navigation upgrade form the Cypher Store or is it available by default with the new dash? I ask because I don't see that option availbe on the Cypher Store web pages.

It seems to have come enabled with my dash upgrade post battery replacement on my 2020 (2019) SR/F.

I'm on iOS, and it stayed on for a full 50 minute trip today, so it seems sort of hit and miss.

I haven't tried it yet, but wanted to see how the rest of you are using it. I assume this doesn't give you voice instructions, right? Or am I wrong on that? If it doesn't, are any of you using another nav app at the same time to get both?

A YouTube video Zero made states that voice instructions are available with a communicator paired to your phone. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozWqrOHdKn8.

It does give voice instructions from the phone, but I don't wear my earphones on the bike so could not really hear it clearly. The on dash display is quite good (simple but good). I like the system overall, just need it to stay connected.

I rarely use the navigation, but find it's useless. Frequently turns on and off. Randomly gives directions from 10 minutes ago. Useless. It's still in beta and I didn't pay for it, otherwise I'd definitely be asking for a refund!
