Title: 2020 (2019) SR/F Updated to latest everything (including battery). I like it!

I had the battery replaced under warrantee a few weeks ago and the shop updated all the firmware (dash, bike, bms).  I have to say, it really feels like a new bike!  It's so great to have the range back where it belongs (and then some) and I like the new dash.  The "free" turn-by-turn navigation works very well and I give it a thumbs up (certainly worth the price of $0.00 :) ).  I also really like the new plastics around the new battery as well, the bike just looks "cleaner" to me now (not that it was bad before).

I'll pay for the low speed parking mode next time I am near the shop (it's about an hour away).  It was a little disappointing to find I could not just order and download it from the store/app, but no big deal.

Hats off to my dealer (Mom's Indian/Zero in Tyngsborough MA), they really did a great job with the battery replacement and making my 4+ year old bike feel new again!

First try at my own creative update to the battery label :)

Glad to hear they got everything straightened out for you.  Yah having an overhaul on a 4 yo bike would be nice indeed!!

The gps that comes with it?  Who provides it, the data?  Google, Waze, another party?  Is that something that is going to be free forever or are you going to have to get a subscription to it?  Also, as things change, how do you update it or does your bike have a live internet feed and it updates the maps etc in real time?

It just uses the phone app (Zero) and I assume the phone's GPS.  It talks to the bike via blutooth.  I believe it's free forever?  it does not show up on the store as a line item for my bike.
