Title: Motorcycle stuck on charging status (error 47 - MBB Charger Connected Disable)

Hello all,
My 2014 fx got "atuck" in a charging state, and doesn't comes out of this state.
Even after disconnecting the charghing chord, the message on the dashboard says error 0047, and the little arrow near the battery sign and the estimated time for full charge are appeared.
In addition, the green charging light is on - first blinking, and after few secinds become solid.
Even after switchiing off the keys, the green light and the little arrow keep apearing.
Obviusly the motorcycle won't ride.
This issue started suuddenly while I was standing waiting in a traffic light. Chouldn't ride since then.
I tried the following things: swapping the batterys, reset the batteries. Nothing helped.
Anyone has an idea what could be the reason for this error, and how to solve?

Thaks for the tip.

I tried to do it, but unfortunantly it didn't help. Still stuck on charging state... If there are any additional tips or ideas of what can assist, I'll be glad to hear :-)

Try unplugging the CAN line from the charger. On the FX the charger is in what would normally be the radiator area of a gas bike.

May be you have a picture of the CAN line connection point? Is it accessible directly? or needs to disassmble some things?

You might need to remove the seat and some fairings.

Look for connector C57 - there's also a (vague) photo.

Still, the Unofficial manual mentions that 2013 and 2014 FX use Meanwell charger, which are not CAN connected. https://zeromanual.com/wiki/XMX_Platform/Unofficial_Service_Manual#Meanwell_Charger

YES!!! It worked...
I found the connector C57 on the Charger Control Unit (CCU), and after disconecting it, the error disappeared, and the motorcycle eventually was able to run.
After reconnecting back the C57 connector, the error has returned :-(
Thanks a lot Podo for the guidane, it helped a lot...
So I guess it means that the CCU is faulty and needs to be replaced?
Or there is something else to try before replacing is?
