Hi all, small question: I have the opportunity to buy a second hand Powertank for my 2017 DS. According the seller, which is located abroad, the powertank module (bought 2019, 3,6kw) has been charged only three times and has been stored since 2020 with SoC of ~60%. So it has been on the shelf for three years. The price is below €750, where this module normally cost €3000+. What does the expert here say: is it worth to take the gamble, as I won’t be able to check the battery health? Cheers and thanks from The Netherlands.

If it's been around 60% SOC for a few years, that is perfect. Right at the SOC% where it should be stored at.
But there is always some gamble, even when fairly new. My 2017 Zero SR 6.5 KWH battery was always treated well. But it crapped out during the warranty period, so I now have a newer 7.4 KWH battery in it at no cost to me. And it has been fine ever since.
The battery in my Zero SR with the power tank has been fine since new.
Only you can decide if it is worth the risk. There is always some risk.

60% is not the ideal storage SOC as it is a bit high, but considering it has not been checked on for years, it's probably good it wasn't stored any lower.
If it is true that it was only charged a few times, then kept at 60%, and assuming it has not drained below 0%, and it has been kept at cool temperatures, it can very well be in good condition.
One thing that would be good to know is the voltage of the pack right now (the seller could measure that for you). I don't know if there is a way to measure that with a simple multimeter. Do these powerpacks have their own contactor or are they always hot?

They have their own BMS with contactor. You can hear a double click of each of contactors if you have a bike with the power tank as is with the case of my Zero SR. My DS has no power tank so it has a single contactor click when the key is turned on.

Thanks for all the replies.
I took the gamble, received it yesterday. Just need to find some time in the busy workschedule to drive to the nearest dealer (1,5h drive) to get it installed properly (matching firmware with the main pack, etc.).
If anyone have some ideas about measuring the current voltage in an easy way? will be happy learn how.
