Title: E-XC on road range
Post by: AnthonyZ on October 05, 2022, 07:44:11 AM
Hello!
Does anyone have an idea of what the latest model KTMFreeride E-XC range would be on the road? Averaging maybe 35 miles an hour, surface street sort of driving?

I get 20 miles for a full charge.  I have a 2017 but a battery with the same 3.9kwh rating as the newer ones.  I don't ride it on pavement though.  Probably should have tried before changing the rear tire.   Level with street tires and the speed you ask maybe 30?  People do put a watt hour value per mile figure for their usage on other bikes.  KTM is honest about the 3.9 kwh for the battery capacity as I have a meter to see how much electricity is used to recharge it and have gone over 4.0 when depleted completely.
