Energica are great bikes, but the brand owner (Ideanomics) goes through very tough times - see attached stock price and the fact their CFO left recently.

Yep not good. I think the old rule was if the price is less than a dollar for over 1 year it gets delisted so it had till next April.
Maybe someone buys Ideanomcs or one or more of their held companies to give them some cash.
As the interview with Terry mentioned, Energica is making some really nice bikes but at their price point he didn't think they were making a profit. That would make sense as the reason Energica was sold in the first place. We'll see.

Ideanomics was started by Vince McMahon’s son. Their heart is in the right place in investments but I’m not sure about how competent they are. I’d prefer to see Energica under a different umbrella.

I heard that Zero is now profitable - they sure still need to work on quality but this and their partnership with hero Motor (world's 4th motorbike maker and able to push costs down) is probably good news. Even if it seems that Hero already killed Buell.

I'm reminded of the Motus I bought; Company went belly up 6 months later. Hope it isn't deja vu
